I've been playing around with the new Metaview sourcing tool

(lucky us for early access!). Some initial thoughts: It really quickly can solve for "time to final brief" by providing recruiters and hiring teams with benchmark candidates within minutes.

This really CANNOT be understated how valuable this is. It will save teams hundreds of hours a year reviewing irrelevant applications, speaking to incorrect candidates and improve quality of hire.

So far, I am very impressed. It works really well with the complex nuanced Technical Cybersec roles I work, and found some people I have never seen before.

Metaview...for AI's sake...stop blowing my mind! 🤯

I just got off a video intake meeting with a new client where Metaview was also attending. And a few minutes later I get an email with already sourced candidates that might be a good fit for said roles. Purely based on the conversation I had from the hiring manager!

If you use Metaview in your intake meeting...make sure to ask all the right questions because Metaview will use this info to start finding great talent before you even get a chance to set anything up!

Metaview, stop being so wild! 😂 (long post, sorry not sorry!)

I am thoroughly impressed by Metaview's growth in the last year. When I first proposed to use it to my colleagues at Ampelmann Operations, I was drawn in by the potential to save time and have custom-made notes from an online meeting - a compelling presentation and an aligned vision from Siadhal Magos really made me tip toward the tool. This was in December last year, but then:

In April - they release the AI Job post: with one click, you can turn an intake into a whole vacancy text.

In August - Multi-source is launched: you can now add files, other conversation and other sources of information to the conversation, making notes extremely more accurate.

In September - AI Sourcing Agent is out and about: This is truly a game changer, as it truly manages to dive deep in what you need, and it LEARNS.SO.FAST! It is transparent too, allowing for very specific, taylor-made researches. I actually had the privilege to witness the development of this AI sourcing tool in a close beta testing. Thank you for the opportunity, Stephanie Bowker! I myself work in a difficult field, and I was skeptical at first. But, improvement after improvement, The AI Sourcing Agent is truly becoming a #musthave in my day to day job!

There's much more to unpack, many more news have been introduced in the tool in JUST A YEAR and I am curious to see what next step Metaview is cooking! Extra 🍪 points and kudos to Nicholas Mayhew for being the man behind the machine that is turning Metaview from a #gamechanger to a #lifechanger. I guess next step is #whatareyoudoingwithyourlifeifyoudontusemetaview?
